Our offices are typically open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There are no weekends, holidays, or on-call hours.
It helps make everything more predictable and less stressful – from dropping off kids at school or daycare to engaging in your favorite hobbies or family vacations. You go to work, and then you have your weekends off, and you always know you will be able to spend holidays with your family.
We also love it when our employees recognize each other through our WOW! Employee Recognition program. In this program, teammates can nominate each other for going above and beyond their regular duties to exemplify the mission and values of The Urology Group. A drawing is held every quarter for three employees to receive a $500 bonus through this program, helping fuel employee engagement and passion at work, while offering an incentive gift to enjoy outside of work!
